Wasooli

Terms of use

Last updated 2 August 2026

The service

Wasooli coordinates shared expenses and records external settlements. It is not a bank, lender, money transmitter, escrow service, or payment processor.

Payment handoffs may open an external app or website, or copy recipient-provided details. Money never passes through Wasooli. Provider callbacks, screenshots, references and user confirmations are not independent proof of payment; users must verify the final status with their provider or bank before recording a settlement.

Your responsibilities

You must review amounts, participants, receipt extraction, allocations and payment details before confirming them. Only upload content you are authorized to use and share. Do not use Wasooli for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.

Shared content

Group members can see the ledger content shared with their group. When an account is deleted, audited accounting history retains the last group-visible display name with a “deleted account” label so other members can identify past expenses and keep their records accurate. The retained membership is detached from the deleted account.

Wasooli Pro

Wasooli Pro is an auto-renewing, ad-free subscription purchased through Apple or Google. The store shows the applicable price and billing period before purchase. Unless cancelled in the user’s store account, it renews according to that store’s terms. Ending Pro disables paid creation, automation and analysis features and can restore advertising, but does not remove existing groups, balances, transactions or settlement history. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store policy.

Availability

The service may change or experience interruptions. Users should keep independent records for important obligations. Nothing in Wasooli is financial, tax or legal advice.
